Hooper Naylor Friend have chosen to specialise in the geographical area covering the whole of south London, North Surrey and Kent. It is within this area that we concentrate on commercial agency which in turn provides us with the transactional knowledge for valuations. It also provides us with a strength of negotiation in rent review and lease renewal matters, rating and other professional work can be based.

In short by choosing a specific area we are endeavouring to be "the company" to which commercial property matters should be referred.

On the agency side we hope to create "the market place" for commercial property in the south London, north Surrey and Kent.

Professional and Management Services

While our commercial agency geographical area of operation is restricted, we are able to undertake professional work, such as rent reviews, valuations and management over a much wider geographical area.
